SIGN UP TO PROVIDE FOOD / MONEY FOR TRIP
March 8 - 11th
Players need to be at the school at 8:15am on 3/8/23 with bat bag and luggage. Team bus leaves 8:45am.
Players need:
-Turn in permission slip by 3/2/23
-Money for 5 meals, snacks & spending money. (Hopefully we get parents to supply MOST of the meals but just incase please send enough money for 5 meals plus spending money.)
Itinerary
Wednesday 3/8/23
-8:15am Players arrive at school
-8:45am Bus leaves
-Stop in Kingman for lunch (boys buy lunch)
-5:30pm Players arrive at team house
-6:30pm Players & coaches Pizza Factory (Dinner provided by boosters)
Thursday 3/9/23
-8:30am Breakfast for players & coaches (please see sign up to help)
-10:45am Bus leaves for game
-1PM JV Game
-3:30pm Lunch at field (please see sign up to help or boys pay for their own lunch)
-6pm Varsity Game
-8:30pm Team dinner (Players pay for dinner)
-10:00pm Arrive back at house
Friday 3/10/23
-6:45am Breakfast for players & coaches (please see sign up to help)
-8:30am Bus leaves for games
-10:30am Varsity game
-12:00 Lunch at field (please see sign up to help or boys pay for their own lunch)
-1:00pm Varsity game
-$;00pm Drive back to house
-6:00pm Dinner provided by coaches & coaches family.
Saturday 3/11/23
-6:45am Breakfast for players & coaches (please see sign up to help)
-8:30am Bus leaves for game
-10:30am Varsity Game
-1:00pm Lunch (Player pays)
-2:/3pm Leave for Gilbert, AZ
-6/7pm Stop in Kingman for snacks/eats (Player pays)
-10/11pm Arrive at school
